The Utrecht University’s special interest groups (SIGs) are interdisciplinary groups of three or more researchers from at least two faculties, that work on subthemes relevant to the focus area Human-centered Artificial Intelligence. There are currently 8 SIGs in operation, for which a bi-yearly call for activity proposals will be distributed UU-wide, and a selection of them will receive financial support.
